Leafy Hawkweed (Hieracium umbellatum)
The umbell-like inflorescence, numerous, narrow and commonly subentire stemleaves with revolute margins in combination with almost glabrous phyllaries, often with recurved tips, makes this species easy to identify even by habit. However, this species is well known for its variability and presence of many more or less distinct ecotypes. Nevertheless, there are two peculiar forms that may deserve taxonomic recognition at the rank of varieties; var. eurobalticum is densely pubescent on all parts whereas var. linearifolium differs from the type by narrower, almost linear leaves.
In Denmark common and known from most parts of the country.
100,0-1500,0 mm.
